File Description:
Hawes Aerial Operations Facility is a reimagined version of an abandoned World War II auxiliary airstrip formerly known as Hawes AAF Aux #1. It was built in the mojave desert, just east of Edwards AFB (then Muroc AAF) during WWII as one of 4 satellite fields for Victorville AAF. After the war, Hawes as used as a private civilian airfield until it's closure in the early 1960's. It is now reborn in FSX as a UAV base by Nevada Systems. Due to it's location in the Mojave desert and the presence of many thermals in FSX, it was also used in production of the Aeroworks ARX-1 civilian glider concept. This scenery uses many custom macros as well as default macros from the Acceleration Expansion Pack, which is required for best performance. Scenery and custom macros by Joshua B. Nyhus and Jason L. This is an upgrade of the previous release of FABW. Because of its strategically geographical important position, this small Airport is becoming more popular, especially with pilots of smaller aircraft. As a stopover, refuelling point between Cape and the Northern Provinces, East and West, its popularity is growing by the day. The airport Manager and his wife who offers B&B as well as a beautiful night out at "the gateway to the Karoo" as they call it, see to a splendid and enjoyable open and star filled overnight for those who care to call. Runway lights are also available. Please install fsxWorx01.zip, and the updates before this scenery.

File Description:
Ft. Worth Alliance Airport opened in 1989 and was billed as the world's first purely industrial airport. It is located around 14 miles North of the central business district of Ft. Worth and is also nearby the Dallas/Ft. Worth International Airport (KDFW). The airport serves general aviation, corporate jet, cargo, and military air traffic on a daily basis and it's proximity to the Texas Motor Speedway (only a few miles) brings extra dense traffic on race weekends. The airport is home to the American Airlines 777 and 767 maintenance base, FedEx Southwest Regional Sort Hub, Bell-Helicopter Training Center, DEA Air Operations Center and DynCorp International. Sadly the American Airlines maintenance base is set to close at the end of 2012 but is being kept alive in FSX!
This scenery features custom 3d buildings and objects bringing you a very accurate rendition of Ft. Worth Alliance Airport. Requires FSX Acceleration for the all scenery objects to display correctly.

File Description:
The Columbia Metropolitan Airport Authority has provided substantial information about KCAE online, making it possible to pretty accurately model this airport. The taxiway signs have been placed according to exhibits in the airport's certification manual, and taxiway designations have been revised in accordance with upgrades to be effective mid-Novemer 2012. Most buildings have been custom modeled in accordance with information available on the internet, including Microsoft Bing birdseye views. The airport layout and landclass changes are in accordance with Google Earth imagery.
If you have Jim Dhaenens' lightobj.bgl installed, apron lighting will be included, and if you have
KB_static_aircraft_FSX installed (available at www.kb-sim.com/screens_static_aircraft.html),
additional parked aircraft will be visible. The layout of scenery is optimized for use with
Ultimate Terrain X-USA. FSX runs smoothly with this scenery on my computer, but it has not been
tested on a low-end system. Sometime after starting this project, it came to my attention that a
good scenery for KCAE was already available (but not listed at www.freewarescenery.com) from Jim
Hill that is another option as well as adjusting scenery complexity.
The new taxiway designations are not yet shown in the latest observed FAA airport diagram. An airfield sketch provided to pilots by the Columbia Metropolitan Airport is included in the package to show the taxiway designation changes.

The airport I chose is Long Beach Airport. This airport has been around for many years and has had everything from the Air Force One to the 787 Dreamliner land here! The airport is located between downtown Los Angeles and Orange County and offers a great landing for tourists that do not want to land in the fifth busiest airport in the world, Los Angeles International.
The reason why I decided to create this airport was because it is my home airport and I am located only about five miles from it. Also, there is no good freeware FSX scenery for this airport.
Features included!:
- Modern Terminal with correct gate placements
- changed and edited roads and other buildings around airport
- added the jetBlue offices on the airport
- Cars added (all over the place!!!)
- trees added near drop off (California Palm trees)!
- baggage cars and other airport cars added.
- buses and car parking lots added

- Vehicles, AI aircraft, grave yard aircraft, and many other static joys throughout the airport!
- "Runup" aircraft near runway 34R.
- Boeing C-17 facility (no aircraft C17 there)

- Airport Service vehicle roads updates and made with help from Google Earth.
- Accurate fence, jetblast fence, and boarders of airport.
- Cargo terminals added for ups and dhl
- Private (gulfstream and other private) jet spots added.
- Flight Schools such as Long Beach Flight Academy (one I go to!!!) accurately made.
- New taxi ways and terrain
- Aflite fuel truck spaces added
- Correct runway lengths of 25L
