British Columbia Bush Scenery: Grant Narrows & Rambo's Hideout

File Description:
The larger runway at Grant Narrows has a 15 degree bend, and the shorter runway is on a slope that involves an unconventional downhill landing & an uphill take-off (STOL planes only!). Both strips are bumpy, and require Holger Sandmann's mesh of the Lower Mainland of Southern British Columbia (bcmesh9c.zip) for the required effect. A dock is provided down on the lake shore for visitors on floats. The landing strips are fictional, set in an area of wilderness on the shores of Pitt Lake - but only 20 miles from downtown Vancouver. The first Rambo movie was filmed in the hills just to the east in the Golden Ears Provincial Park: if you fly north from Grant Narrows you'll find Rambo's airstrip hideout just a couple of miles past the end of the lake - the real life location of a popular fishing lodge. Also requires Gerrish Gray's trees (trees_v3.zip).

Larcom Island, B.C.

File Description:
Larcom Island is in Northern British Columbia, Canada. This fictional Ranger Station has a 3700' asphalt runway, float dock and heli pad. Frank Betts' Mystery Island is literally next door, but if it's too muddy or soft at his place, land here and we'll take you over by chopper to visit him! It's beautiful up here. Come join us! Lommis (LSZT) for Suisse 2002

File Description:
Lommis is a small airfield North East of Switzerland, with a grass runway. Very beautiful spot. The scenery includes all usual effects and textures of Suisse 2002, a VAC and a AFCAD file. It contains also a "How to read a VAC ?".

ELLX Luxembourg Airport

File Description:
FS2002 Add-On Scenery for Luxembourg Airport (ELLX) V.8. Add-on scenery to the Microsoft Flight Simulator 2002 default scenery of Luxembourg airport. It adds buildings, static aircraft and some landmarks around Luxembourg. The LUX VOR is placed at the new position. The ELU NDB is duplicated with frequency 368.0 for easier ADF tuning. Trees are not included, you need to install the FS2K2 tree library plus macros and textures from Gerrish Gray (trees_v3.zip).

Detailed VFR scenery for EFHN (Hanko, Finland) and surrounding areas. Features detailed coastlines, roads, fields, lakes and lots of islands and a thoroughly modelled airfield with detailed, phototextured buildings and objects. The City of Hanko is based on satellite pictures, and the photoscenery has all seasons and custom autogen.
