File Description:
An FS2002 GPS flight Plan by The Ancient Brit. The 46th in a series of Round the World flight plans for the FS2002 default scenery. Depart Athens (LGAT) runway 16C, Greece and arrive 1 hour 55 minutes later at Zurich (LSZH) runway 14, Switzerland. A low level departure takes over the Holy City. A climb to FL280 is followed by a descent to skim the Alps and a further descent is made for the approach along an Alpine valley. The flight briefing (Word and text) is for the default B737-400; it contains climb, cruise, top of descent and fuel loading details, waypoint timings and destination details.

File Description:
FS2002 Fly Greece / Flight Plans for FMC. A catalog of 185 flight plans for fmc, to be used by all fmc compatible with *. fmc format (737-400 DreamFleet, Eurowings ATR/BAe 146/A319). Includes domestic and international routes, similar to the national Greek carrier Olympic Airways. All routes comply with the Eurocontrol Route Availability Document, National AIP Restrictions and have been validated against the Eurocontrol CFMU/IFPUV system in November 2002. No flight plans here -- just briefings on each park, one suggested tour through each park, plus flight and weather files for each park to get you started. (Print out the briefings or open the .BRF files in Notepad during your flights.) The parks are beautiful with a basic FS2K2 installation, but with the FSGenesis 38.2m and/or 9.6m enhanced terrain meshes, they can be spectacular.

Historic: Flight 19, the 'Lost Patrol'

File Description:
December 5th 1945: The war in the Pacific made the topography of the Bahamas with its unlimited landmarks, ideal for advanced over water navigation exercises. Like all others training daily out of Fort Lauderdale, Florida, Flight 19 was to perform a fairly simple navigation problem. At 14:10 that afternoon 5 Avenger Torpedo Bombers departed the Station and never made it back. File includes aircraft (CFS2 default AI Avenger converted for Fs2002 and packaged to fit the flight), flight weather(local-global) based on descriptions and map of navigation problem No1 available to pilot at all times from panel via SWIFT+3.
